If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will provide a refund for the amount paid for the cancelled order.
3. Product Availability and Substitutions
Our hampers are prepared using products that may vary in availability.
From time to time, an item shown in a hamper may become unavailable. Where this occurs, we may substitute the item with another product of similar type, quality and value.
We will aim to ensure that any substitution maintains the overall quality and presentation of the hamper.
Where a substitution would materially change the nature of the hamper, we may contact you before proceeding.
4. Product Images
We make every effort to ensure that product images and descriptions accurately represent our hampers.
As our hampers are handcrafted and may include natural, seasonal or supplier-dependent products, the exact appearance of individual items, packaging, colours and presentation may vary slightly from the images shown on our website.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change at any time without notice.
The price charged for an order will be the price shown at the time the order is placed, except where there is an obvious pricing or technical error.
Payment must be successfully completed before an order will be processed.
6. Alcohol
Some Mara Wine & Co hampers contain alcohol.
By purchasing a hamper containing alcohol, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
Alcohol must not be purchased on behalf of, supplied to, or delivered to a person under 18 years of age.
Where required, proof of age may be requested upon delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse delivery of alcohol where we reasonably believe that doing so would breach applicable laws or responsible service requirements.
7. Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer.
Delivery times are estimates only unless otherwise expressly agreed.
We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control, including delays caused by traffic, weather, couriers, supply interruptions or other unforeseen circumstances.
Where a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect details, restricted access, recipient unavailability or another issue outside our control, additional delivery charges may apply if redelivery is required.
8. Local Delivery
Where local delivery is offered, eligible delivery areas may change from time to time.
Orders outside our advertised delivery area may be refused or cancelled.
9. Corporate and Bulk Orders
Corporate, personalised and bulk orders may be subject to separate pricing, lead times and payment arrangements.
Customers are responsible for approving all relevant order details, including:
- recipient names;
- delivery addresses;
- personalised messages;
- branding; and
- product selections.
Once preparation of a customised or bulk order has commenced, changes may not be possible.
10. Personalised Orders
Customers are responsible for checking spelling, names, messages and other personalised information before submitting an order.
Mara Wine & Co is not responsible for errors supplied or approved by the customer.
11. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy forms part of these Terms of Service.
We do not generally provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Where goods are faulty, damaged, unsafe, not as described or otherwise fail to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy under Australian law.
12. Food and Allergen Information
Some hampers may contain food products containing common allergens, including nuts, dairy, gluten, soy and other ingredients.
Customers are responsible for reviewing available product and allergen information before placing an order.
If you or the recipient has a serious allergy, please contact us before ordering.
While reasonable care may be taken during preparation, products may be handled or stored in environments where allergens are present.

However, we do not guarantee that all product descriptions, prices, availability or other information will always be completely free from errors.
